New year, new books!

MMU norway

It’s officially 2019 – and I’m so excited for all of the things that are happening this year!

Of course, 2019 is the year that Murder Most Unladylike Book 8 is published! In the UK and Ireland, it’s currently scheduled to come out on the 8th of August 2019. (In Australia and New Zealand, the date is usually a few weeks later, and for South Africa it’s usually about a month and a half later.)

I can’t tell you the title of Book 8 yet, even though I know what it is (and I think you’re going to love it!) but I CAN tell you that the cover COLOUR will be revealed on this website, as well as on all of my social media channels, at 12pm GMT on Friday the 25th of January. I’ll have a hint for you on Monday about what the colour will be … but you can start guessing now!

2019 is also the year when Murder Most Unladylike publishes in some new countries. I’ve just seen that the Norwegian edition of Murder Most Unladylike is finished, and looking absolutely gorgeous. It’s published by Aschehoug and translated by Hanne Elisabeth Munkelien, who has been trying for years to bring Daisy and Hazel to Norway – and it’s happened at last!

Happy 2019, Detectives!
