MMU9 cover and title reveal … your clue!

May 6, 2020

Hello Detectives! Good new: I’m going to be revealing MMU9’s cover AND title on Thursday at 3pm. But because I know you love puzzles, my publisher Puffin has come up with a very clever clue for you to solve this afternoon.

Below is the title of MMU9, written in hieroglyphs. If you have a copy of The Case of the Missing Treasure you’ll find a key at the back of it that might help … but if not, Google is your friend!

Can you decode it? And if so, did you guess it before today? Not many people did!

I’ll be revealing the full cover and title of MMU9 on Thursday at 3pm BST (London time) – I’ll put an announcement here, as well as on all of my social media pages … and if you want to be one of the first to know, I’ll be holding an Instagram livestream at 2:55pm BST to give viewers an exclusive reveal and the chance to ask me questions about the book!

MMU9 will publish on the 6th August in the UK and Ireland. You can pre-order NOW from Amazon, Blackwell’s, Waterstones and your local independent bookstore (there are too many wonderful indies to list here, but you’ll know your local one – if you can, I really encourage you to order from them, as they need the support now more than ever).

See you tomorrow for the big reveal …
