DITS schools 5

Death in the Spotlight is officially out now in the UK and Ireland, and I’ve been having a wonderful time promoting it!

So far I’ve been to Oxford, Dublin, Newcastle and Norwich … and I’ve got lots more events coming up.

I wanted to share a few of my favourite pictures from the past two weeks – it’s been an absolutely amazing launch so far, and I’m so grateful for each and every person who came to my events and bought copies of the book!

My first event was in Blackwell’s Westgate, in Oxford – and these fans came in Detective Society t-shirts and shared their illustrations of Daisy and Hazel!
Then I flew to Dublin, where I was met by so many amazing fans – I even got to help celebrate a few birthdays in my signing queues!
I finally got to visit Seven Stories and do a wonderful, sold-out event there – it was great to meet so many fans, old and new!
At Waterstones Newcastle I met some of my biggest fans – there are a lot of Newcastle Detective Societies!
Then I went on tour in schools! Here are some of my favourite pictures …
At a school in Middlesbrough!
Lost in a sea of students!
A selfie in Leeds!
Solving a crime in Norfolk …
And finally, a signing at Norwich Waterstones. I can’t believe how many Norfolk Detective Societies there are – I was proud to meet so many of you!

Remember, the tour isn’t over yet – I’m going to be in Cambridge and London over the next two weekends. The dates are …

Saturday 20th October, 2pm Heffer’s Cambridge free public signing.

Saturday 27th October, 10am, 406 Coldharbour Lane, Knights Of Brixton Market pop-up signing event. I’ll be at the Knights Of pop-up shop signing copies of all of my books – this is a free event, please come along!

Saturday 27th October, 1:30pm Croydon Literary Festival event. Tickets will cost £3 – please book via website.

Sunday 28th October, 11:30am, Waterstones Finchley Road free public signing.

Sunday 28th October, 3pm, Pickled Pepper Books afternoon tea. This event will be very exclusive in terms of numbers, and tickets will cost £10 – please see website for details.

See you soon, Detectives!
