Hello Detectives! A lot of you have been asking me what I’m going to do after Murder Most Unladylike. Some of you were even worried that I might stop being an author now this series is finished!
Until now, all I’ve been able to do is reassure you that I do know what I’m doing next, and I am absolutely not going to stop writing books. I’ve also told people upset at the end of Murder Most Unladylike that ‘all endings are really beginnings …‘ which I know sounded confusing! I’ve wished I could say more, but I wasn’t allowed …
… until today, when I can finally tell you what that means, and what’s next for me! And the answer to that is:
THE MINISTRY OF UNLADYLIKE ACTIVITY!
That’s right! I WILL have a new book series out in 2022, and it WILL take place in the same world as Murder Most Unladylike. It’s set during World War II and it stars three detectives: May Wong (Hazel’s littlest sister!), and two totally new characters who are yet to be revealed.
Oh, and there will be some other characters who you’ll know and love from the Murder Most Unladylike series … but you’ll have to wait to find out who!
I know that 2022 sounds like ages away, but really it’s not too long to wait. You can pre-order The Ministry of Unladylike Activity from today … and now all I have to do is finish writing it!
