Mistletoe new edition 2017

If you go into a bookstore between now and Christmas, you may get a very exciting surprise … my brilliant publishers Puffin have decided to release a special SHINY edition of Mistletoe and Murder to celebrate Christmas 2017!

This is the same book you enjoyed last year, with one small bonus – the short story ‘The Case of the Missing Bunbreak’ that first appeared in Cream Buns and Crime is now included in the back. If you’ve read Cream Buns this won’t be new to you – but we wanted to put it with Mistletoe and Murder because it’s the other side of that story. It’s the tale of what happens to Beanie and Kitty during the time that Hazel and Daisy are solving a murder at Maudlin College, and so it feels perfect that the two festive stories are together at last.

So there’s no new content in this edition (I’m telling you this now so you’re not disappointed), but it is very fun and beautiful. If you haven’t got a copy yet, or if you’d like a present for the Murder Most Unladylike fan in your life, then I think this is perfect. And I promise you that in 2018 you will be SPOILED for new MMU stories. A Spoonful of Murder is coming in February, Book 7 will be coming in the autumn and there’s one more very special project that I’ll be able to reveal very soon …
