Last week was a very special one: I travelled all over England and Wales visiting schools and festivals to speak about The Guggenheim Mystery.
This was a totally new talk for me, and the first time I’ve really spoken about something that isn’t Murder Most Unladylike – I was so pleased that everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did!
I loved meeting so many enthusiastic fans (old and new), and I’m so happy to be reminded of how many fantastic librarians, teachers and booksellers there are in this country working as hard as they can to help kids fall in love with reading.
I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who worked to make this tour as wonderful as it was – my chaperones at Puffin, my organisers Authors Aloud, the nine schools I visited and the nine bookshops that supplied them, and my two weekend festival stops, Cheltenham and Bath. Below are a few of my favourite photos from the week – as you can see, I had an amazing time!
