What a beautiful thing to wake up to! And it wasn’ What a beautiful thing to wake up to! And it wasn’t even close. The Greens trounced the campaigns of hate and division by offering a vision of connection, togetherness and hope. We finally have a left-leaning party that’s both genuinely progressive and genuinely great at messaging. It’s what I’ve spent years hoping for, and now it really seems to be here. I’m feeling a lot more optimistic about May, and I think this proves that there’s something we can all do to effect change at a local level.
